Join us for a nourishing 2-hour workshop exploring Ayurvedic self-care practices for the colder, drier months—a time when Vata energy naturally increases and many of us may feel more ungrounded, depleted, or mentally overstimulated.

Together, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to bring balance back to body, mind, and spirit, including nourishing the skin, supporting healthy digestion, calming an overactive mind, and creating grounding daily rituals. The colder season invites us to slow down, let go of what no longer serves us, and create space for something new.

Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, you’ll discover seasonal practices to help you move through this transition with greater warmth, nourishment, steadiness, and ease. Come join us for an evening of Kitchari, learning how to align your self-care with the season and create rituals that support you from the inside out.

Space is limited.
